MATERIALS

Since our factory launched the first handbag made of "plain leather" in 2019, the REUSE design concept of turning waste recycling into something beautiful has never stopped. In the following years, GEWALA successively launched sustainable handbag models, the use of "environmentally friendly leather" has become more extensive, and the proportion of renewable materials in each handbag has been further increased.

SUPPLIER ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS

In order to assess our suppliers, we have adopted the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), which provides us with a comprehensive overview on the important topics of labour law, human rights, health and safety, environmental responsibility, anti-corruption, safety and quality of goods and services.
