TECH PACK AND DESIGN
Now you have an idea and your drawing is on paper, the next step for you is a professional tech pack. A tech pack is created by designers and includes an illustrated drawing with measurements and instructions that a manufacturer needs to turn your design into a product. The tech pack is an essential part of the product development process and is drawn proportionally so you are able to see if the product will indeed be designed for the purpose you intended.
MATERIALS
Material selection is the basic for bag prototyping. Outlook of each bag style is depends on what material used. Material quality, texture and hand feel are all need to be taken into consideration.
For a more sustainable future, we research and use high-quality materials that are also innovative and environmental-friendly, without ever compromising on quality. Over the years, we have been experimenting with different recycled materials such as nylons, cotton, cardboard, apple skin, pineapple and recycled leather. Meanwhile, a variety of high quality vegan materials are used in the creation of our products.
HARWARE
Hardware is the most important part for bag. It could be functional or decoration. An eye-catching hardware could be the soul of a bag, it can improve the outlook of bag and also attract more people to buy it.
Gewala is with full range of hardware shape and size available. It could be round, square, and other special shape. Hardware material could be metal, resin and plastic. You can choose whatever you would like.
PROTOTYPING
The transition from design to prototype on cardboard is very important. This phase, since the final product must not deviate from the idea of the stylist, requires skilled and expert hands. The next step is the creation of the first prototype, usually made with appropriate materials. Therefore, all the details are studied and any changes made.

We will follow the paper pattern on each part of the bag to start the production. We not only have the pattern information to follow, but also have the leftover approval sample to re-confirmation the correctness of the production output. We have many types of machines for different types of materials assembly, such as fabric with foam, EVA hard-shell, plastic, hardware…etc, and for various sewing technique to accomplish the production.
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
To ensure that the production run meets your brand’s quality standards, our inner inspector will inspect the product during production and before shipping. We not only have the product quality checking, but also ensure the product aligning your company’s vision and mission.
